LDK Game – Open Source Handheld Hands-on – Better than BittBoy?

In this video, “The Chinese Guy” did a quick review about a new handheld console from China that came out in March 2019. It is called ‘LDK Game’ and it’s an open source console so that you can install your own emulators and upgrade the firmware thanks to the OpenDingux community. It is in a Game Boy form factor only much smaller and it can emulate lots of retro games on multiple platforms. Anyway, I hope you like this video and I look forward to making more in the future. (Right now I’m releasing a video every two weeks.)

Sega Genesis Mini to launch in September 2019 with 40 games

The miniaturized console, if you remember, was an immediate hit and quickly became one of the hottest ticket items that holiday season.

Looking to hop on the bandwagon, Sega recently announced at Sega Fes 2019 that it will officially launch the Sega Genesis Mini later this year. Similar to the NES Classic Edition, the Genesis Mini will come pre-loaded with a number of the console’s more memorable games, including Sonic The Hedgehog and Castlevania: Bloodlines.
