This 3D printed water pump is working with two engines and has a gearbox with a gear ratio of 1:1,5. This water pump is capable of pumping 410l water per hour. The body is printed with PLA but gears and turbine are made of ABS. I am sure that PLA works also totally fine, but I am a big fan of printing gear whit ABS.

Tape could replace hard drives – in some cases – thanks to this breakthrough
Fujitsu has announced a new technology called Virtual Integrated File System that it says could help magnetic tape storage compete with hard disk drives as a low-cost, large capacity storage alternative.
With the feud between Sony and Fujitsu around LTO resolved late last year, all eyes are now on LTO-9, which is expected to be delivered in 2020. This iteration will deliver capacities up to 26.1TB (uncompressed) and raw throughput of up to 708MB/sec.
That’s a higher capacity than the largest hard drive on the market (currently 20TB) – also faster and likely cheaper too. Add in on-the-fly compression capabilities and, suddenly, it’s all looking rosy for the venerable tape.

Rumor: Two Nintendo Presentations Expected To Air Before The End Of March
The UK-based retailer GAME may have lifted the lid on a Nintendo Direct presentation ahead of schedule. Now, to add to this, VentureBeat staff writer, reporter and verified Twitter user Jeff Grubb has published an article claiming a Nintendo Indie World video will “likely” be broadcast on 18th March, and a proper Nintendo Direct is expected to follow it on 26th March.
it’s in the final stages of putting the video presentation together. That’s based on what we’re hearing as well as some other indicators.
So, just to make it clear, not one – but two – video presentations are expected to air before the end of this month. While Jeff says he “can’t confirm” the first-party titles that will be shown, he does say the next presentation will take a much “broader” look at Nintendo’s upcoming software line-up.
